One or more of the items in my order arrived damaged. Can you refund me or replace the item?
Absolutely! If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with your order number at dhinfo@dragonherbarium.com. We will replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photos, within 48 hours of order delivery.
Damaged shipments will require evidence in order to file a claim with the carrier so please take photos of the damage upon receiving.
