Medicinal Uses: Cascara sagrada is used in treating chronic constipation. It's been considered to nutritionally support the stomach, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder. It is cleansing to the colon. It is also thought to help the body to eliminate worms and parasites.
Precautions and Adverse Reactions: Do not use this product if pregnant or nursing, or by persons taking medication or with a medical condition. Discontinue use if you develop diarrhea or abdominal discomfort during the use of this product. Not for long-term use.
