Culinary Uses:
Steps to make sea moss gel:
1. Rinse sea moss thoroughly to remove any excess particles
2. Place the sea moss in a bowl with spring water
3. Allow the sea moss to absorb water for 9-12 hours
4. Place the sea moss in a blender with 1:2 ratio of sea moss to spring water
5. Blend until it has a gel texture
